FamilyEasy – Delete your account

FamilyEasy is published by [PLACEHOLDER: PUBLISHER NAME]. You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

Delete it from the app

Open FamilyEasy and sign in.
Go to the Family tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you can no longer use the app, send a request from the email address of your account to [PLACEHOLDER: CONTACT EMAIL]. We will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account: Google account identifier, email address, display name, picture URL, settings, and all your sign-in sessions (app and website).
The copies we keep of emails sent to you or on your behalf (weekly menus, invitations you sent).
If you are the last member of your household: the household and all its data (recipes and their photos, ingredients, meal plan and shopping list).
Everything you did in the community space: your public name, your published recipes and their photos, your comments, likes, reports and blocks.
Our record of your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel a running subscription: cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions).

What is kept

If other people remain in your household, the household's shared recipes, meal plan and shopping list stay available to them, without any reference to you. If you were the owner, ownership passes to the member who joined first.
Technical server logs may persist for up to [PLACEHOLDER: LOG RETENTION, e.g. 30 days] before they are removed.
